All our websites are currently down due to a major electrical failure caused by our wonderful Government owned electric company called CFE. We run all our servers through a special large data center UPS. We own our own datacenter.This equipment was destroyed as if it caught fire.
We have purchased a new one and it will take about 7 hours to install it one it arrives from the United States. This equipment is very large, and it should arrive tomorrow.
The power surge also destroyed 5 of our servers. The datacenter staff is currently repairing our Web Servers. It could take up to 72 hours to put everything back to a normal status.

Many of our other departments are not affected by this problem. All of our physical pharmacies and medical clinics are up and operating as well as Accounting, Shipping and many of our other departments. The hospital has its own electrical system and was not affected by this problem.
