TO ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Many customers felt secure by using credit cards because they had recourse if their meds were not delivered. This is something we understand since we all have credit or debit cards. Unbeknown to most, Stephen Cohen is not only our legal representative but he is also the Sr. Vice President of Security Pacific National Bank in Mexico®. The bank is the 100% owner of BajaPay.com.

On October 22, 2014, Medicina Mexico signed a contract with Security Pacific Bank to collect all of our customer's payments through Mr. Cohen. Your funds are now going to be escrowed until you receive delivery. What this means is no funds will be turned over to Medicina Mexico until you receive your medications. If you do not receive your medications within the time allowed, you will receive a full refund.

Every business with common sense knows that keeping your customers happy, secure and safe is more important than making money and will always result in repeat customers.

Licensed pharmacies in Mexico are only allowed to sell medications, either brands or generics, from an approved pharmaceutical which has passed testing and has subsequently been authorized by the Mexican Government.

If you look on the left at About US you will see our licenses, permits and our Regulatory Body. Our goal is to offer you the best possible prices with excellent service. When you place an order to ensure our messages reach your mailbox (and not the spam folder), please add sales@meds.com.mx to your addresses book.

All of our pharmacies are open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. We speak Spanish and English.
