Espacil Compound 125MG/10mg 20 Tabs

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: As an analgesic and spasmolytic in the treatment of visceral pain, genitourinary, renal and ureteral colic, bladder colic and dysmenorrhea. Also in the gastrointestinal pain and cholelithiasis, cholecystitis, irritable colon, enterospasmo, colitis and diverticulitis.
Contraindications: Pregnancy, hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, active peptic ulcer, prostatic hypertrophy, megacolon and acute abdomen. Effects are unknown in children under 12 years. Clotting disorders.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS: In patients with a history of Meniere's disease or peptic ulcer should be administered with caution and suspended in the presence of disorders attributable to the drug.

RESTRICTIONS OF USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING: It is unknown if it passes into breast milk. Clonixinate administration of lysine, like other NSAIDs, is not recommended in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Oral: One or two capsules 3-4 times daily, depending on the intensity of pain and response to treatment.
